Barcelone, 9 janvier 2008 - le groupe actionnaire dirigé par Anta a acquis 575 000 actions Service Point sur le marché par le biais de la société italienne, Inversiones Patrimoniales, S.L. Avec cette acquisition, la participation du groupe dans SPS s'élève à 5,8% et la participation totale du Conseil d'Administration est de 18,5%.
