Barcelone, 11 janvier 2008 - L'administrateur José Antonio Moratiel a acquis 400.000 actions de Service Point sur le marché libre par l'intermédiaire de INVERSIÓN 64 S.L.U. C'est la deuxième fois cette année que cet Administrateur augmente sa participation, après avoir acquis 408.401 actions sur le marché au début de janvier. Suite à ces acquisitions, José Antonio Moratiel détient maintenant une participation de 6,5 % dans Service Point.
Over the past two months, six of the ten members of the Board of Service Point have increased their stakes in the company. In aggregate the company's Directors currently own 18.9% of the company.
